All classes are run in Reebok Crossfit Northern Ireland.

Tuesday: 18:00 – 19:00

Thursday: 18:00 – 19:30

Sunday: 10:00 – 11:00

The three classes form a comprehensive programme to help you improve your snatch and clean and jerk as well as aspects linked to the improvement of these lifts. There is also an option to add two extra days to the programme to create five training days, ideal for those interested in competing in the sport.


In conjunction with classes, we also run workshops focusing on the snatch, clean & jerk and other exercises that benefit weightlifting. These happen within RCFNI on occasions or can be booked for your own facility. If you are interested in booking a workshop for your members please enquire at

In person
  • £70 - One Month Pass (12 sessions)
  • £40 - Four sessions a month plus programming
  • £25 - Three sessions a month
  • £10 - One session drop in
  • £30 - Programming plus 4 video analyses of your lifts
  • £20 - 5 day a week programme

*Access to all Barbell Sessions per month (Does not include gym use outside of the class)

*Coaching at local BWL Competitions (For members with a current monthly pass)

*Must have a minimum of a month weightlifting/crossfit experience or have completed our Weightlifting Fundamentals course for class participation

           Weightlifting Fundamentals £30


This is a one to one session with one of our coaches which you will need to complete before joining class if you do not have a month of Crossfit or Weightlifting experience. In this we aim to cover the basics of snatch and clean and jerk as well as the other training movements which will be appearing in our programming. Session will last approximately one hour.

           Private Sessions
  • One on One £30 per hour
  • Two to One private sessions £50 per hour
